What I do
I’m good at viewing your business from a customer’s point of view. I can then turn insights into recommendations and actionable steps.
That typically means clarifying:
Who the ideal customer is
How we can reasonably get in front of them
Why they would choose you and not a competitor
I want to focus mostly on what I’m confident is going to move the needle for you. It’s easy to spend a lot of time and energy on things that won’t actually have a large impact.
Lastly, I like to bring a very direct and pragmatic approach.
Sometimes that means I can be a pain in the ass about making website changes or internal processes, but it’s always with the goal of driving the best results possible.

Okay great - how do we work together?
That depends!
Different clients need different things and I will always tailor the plan to your needs. However, I’ve listed out a few common scenarios below for reference:

Perfect for: startups and small businesses that have a proven business model and just need to add more qualified customers
Approach: I spend a couple weeks:
Ensuring solid website tracking and conversion setup (GA4, GTM, maybe your CRM)
Building out or thoroughly optimizing an existing paid ad account (generally Google Ads, however for some business Meta or LinkedIn make more sense)
Launching ads with an agreed-upon budget
I’ll then monitor, adjust, and optimize the account over the following weeks and months as necessary.
Payment type: typically hourly with a hard cap. More up front, less as things get to running smoothly.

Perfect for: businesses that want general support but don’t have one clear need
Approach: This will typically look like 5-10 hours a week doing things like the following:
Creating and/or setting up a GA4 account
Optimizing existing paid ad campaigns
Implementing SEO best practices on your website
Potentially creating some written content, creating or optimizing LPs on your website
Working with your team or another freelancer to set up a Meta Ads campaign and optimize it ongoing
Creating or editing email campaigns or nurture follow-up
Cleaning up a CRM
Payment type: Either hourly with a hard cap each week, or retainer.

Perfect for: Startups that are building up a 0-1 marketing function
Approach: This typically looks like ~10 high quality hours per week where I can help determine what channels you should focus on and empower you and your team to accomplish your goals
I can get hands on with much of this work (analytics setup, paid search, etc.) however this approach works best if I can also set your team up for success, working with other teams or freelancers as needed
Payment Type: Typically retainer, however can start hourly with a weekly hours cap if scope is unclear.
